Another Christian is caught in public sin exposed over the internet. But how should we as Christians respond to this news and how does it affect us?
Most people by now have heard the news of John Crist and, like most stories, the outrage machine is turning. Yet, rather than jumping aboard, looking to “cancel” someone or condemn a person, we have to first see how Jesus would react in these cases.
Then, we look at the story of the woman caught in adultery as she is dragged out to the public sphere for condemnation. Jesus speaks to the crowd and tells them to cast the first stone if they are without sin.
Finally, we take a brief look at the world of Christian journalism and ask what the priorities are between Christian and journalist.
